Sheriff has taken up a new sport of kick boxing and he goes over to Trowbridge on a tuesday and thursday to learn his new skills. Sheriff has been very keen to find something that will help maintain his physical health and this is proving to be a very good way to do this. Well done Sheriff.

ReplyDeleteHi there, my name is Sheriff Lawburt: I have started this new sport, Kickboxing! I am an Non-Member at the moment, but I will become a full time member! Then I can go for my grades, from White Belt to Black Belt, Thrid Dan! But, hey I might not be as good as Bruce Lee, but I am working towards it! Bruce Lee was the First person to start up Kickboxing, with head gear and body protecters, as he was so powerfull, he could kill you with just one strike!
